Customer should announce any Product return in advance following the present Procedure.
Repairs under warranty are subject to Ornika's standard Terms and Conditions.
The Client should fullfill the form below and submit it before sending a product for repair or revision.
A copy of the form should be included in the shipment in order to properly identify and track the Product sent for repair or revision.
Problems not described in the Return Form can not be subject to later claim
