The Client should fullfill the form below and submit it before sending a product for repair or revision.
A copy of the form should be included in the shipment in order to properly identify and track the Product sent for repair or revision.
Problems not described in the Return Form can not be subject to later claim
Add inside your package a detailed packing list of your shipment and a copy of the Return Form.
For custom formalities, attach a Proforma Invoice on the packaging with a Custom Value not exceeding CHF 1000.-.
You will receive a Quote within 5 business days of receiving your material.
Upon acceptance of the Quote, you will get confirmation with the expected time out of the factory. Usual repair time does not exceed 15 business days.
